Moss & Co have partnered with a global international law firm on the recruitment of a Receptionist opportunity. This is a 5 day a week role, working Monday to Friday 8am until 2pm.

This role will see you as part of the Hospitality team. In a dual role, working as a Corporate Receptionist and as part of the Front of house team. You will manage meeting rooms, setting up meeting rooms, organising tea & coffee for clients and creating an exceptional experience for all guests visiting the client floor.
Responsibilities may include;
Being the face of the client floor, meeting & greeting all staff, clients & guests Manage all bookings for the client conference rooms, ensure catering & room requirements are confirmed daily Email & inbox management Work alongside the Catering team, to provide outstanding waiting service of food and beverage to clients and guests Receptionist duties such as, answering incoming calls (there is a switchboard, but overflow calls may come in) Set up and clear conference rooms for internal and client functions Other ad hoc duties relating to the Front of House at an International Law firm We're looking for someone who has flexibility to work 5 days per a week, on a shift work basis. The hours are 8am until 2pm, with an hour handover.
