About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team at the Alzheimer's Association of Queensland in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD.
This full-time role will be the first point of contact for our organisation, providing a warm welcome to all visitors and callers.
Hours are 8.30 - 4.30 Monday - Friday and 8.30 - 5.00 Wednesday.
What you'll be doing Providing a professional, friendly and efficient front desk reception service Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries Greeting and assisting visitors with a positive attitude Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area Supporting general administrative duties as required Contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment What we're looking for Previous experience in a busy reception or customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office technologies A warm, friendly and professional manner when dealing with people Interest in supporting the Alzheimer's Association of Queensland's mission and values What we offer
