Due to an internal promotion we have an incredible opportunity for a professional and highly organised Corporate Receptionist / Administration Officer to support the day-to-day running of our new and beautifully appointed head office located on National Circuit, Barton.

About the role Supporting our Corporate team, the role will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of administration and customer service tasks.
The role will ensure the successful running of the DOMA head office and requires professionalism and the demonstrated ability to improve and streamline organisation administration functions with a focus on minimising delays and increasing output.
Key duties and responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day operations of the office whilst providing support to the broader officeOrganising meetings and managing inboxesBooking transport and accommodation for managementAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisationOrdering stationery and IT equipmentProcessing invoices and managing office budgetsImplementing and maintaining company procedures for office administrative functionsEnsuring compliance with workplace health and safety within the officeEnsuring all internal and external correspondence, complaints and queries are responded to in a timely professional mannerLiaising with contractors and heads of department to ensure tasked jobs are completedData Entry and spreadsheet trackingAbout you As part of the team you will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
The role involves strong communication with excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
The Administration Officer/Receptionist will be highly effective at anticipating business needs and managing daily tasks to ensure the executive team have the capacity to focus on achieving deliverables and making critical decisions.
Ideally you will have at least 3 years of administration experience in a corporate setting.
