Corporate Real Estate Lead, ANZ RegionAs the Corporate Real Estate Lead, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and cultivate a vibrant workplace community. You will oversee the daily operations of multiple Equinix offices, ensuring they meet our high standards of safety, courtesy, efficiency, and community. Your role involves creating a dynamic and engaging environment through innovative on-site events. With accountability for the smooth delivery of all CRE services, you will ensure customer and visitor satisfaction. Join us in shaping an extraordinary workplace experience.
Responsibilities Oversee multiple sites to ensure they meet Operational Excellence standards and customer needs.Accountable for the smooth running of multiple locations, ensuring consistency in delivery across offices. Ensure daily floor walkthroughs are conducted, checking that all sites meet Operational Excellence standards and fulfill the needs of customers and visitors.Support the broader Corporate Real Estate team's objectives with program support and execution that are complex, requiring judgment, issue resolution, and making recommendations.Delighting the Customer Maintain and cover the Welcome Desk during business hours to provide a welcoming experience for customers and guests and ensure there are no unattended deliveries. Be the on-site point of contact, easily accessible in the reception area throughout the day.Support new hires with settling in, providing guidance on CRE services and connecting them with the community.Plan and deliver engaging CRE events and support hospitality moments. Promote office events through various channels and celebrate the office community.Anticipate customer needs and personalize their experience.Support and treat CRE colleagues as customers to ensure collective success.Safety Be accountable for the overall security and safety of multiple sites.Implement emergency response plans and be an emergency point of contact, responding to emergencies as part of the call tree.Follow escalation process for various circumstances, including low-level budget concerns, issues outside your expertise, customer complaints, business disruptions, and life safety concerns.Manage visitor access, sign-in, and security badge process according to Equinix's guest policy.Courtesy Address customer tickets promptly, ensuring no dead ends and timely communication in case of delays.Answer customer and guest questions regarding the building, including wayfinding, policies, procedures, and community etiquette.Communicate site-related issues, events, or changes to employees using approved CRE comms templates, ensuring error-free communication.Community Act as the primary point of contact, providing support, knowledge, care, and fun. Create a sense of community and connection in the office. Communicate with employees and foster a strong community through event promotion, post-event pictures, quizzes, and activities.Look for opportunities to create surprise and delight moments around the office.Efficiency Manage mail and the scanning/registration system and couriers. Notify customers of deliveries.Raise and manage Purchase Order process in line with CRE policy.Support office moves, openings, closures, and change projects, ensuring smooth execution with minimal impact on customers.Oversee vendor, contractor, and Landlord relationships. Maintain office supplies and check work performed by vendors.Collaborate with site leaders, executive assistants, employee groups, and others for on-site events, projects, changes, or moves.Advocate for CRE and its services, ensuring the business understands our value. Articulate CRE's objectives and purpose.Requirement College/University graduate with a four-year degree or equivalent customer/hospitality work experience required. Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant field.Must have strong verbal and written English language and communication skills.Outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills.Proven experience in project management and business operations.Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
