Boandik is seeking a Corporate Quality and Compliance Coordinator to lead the way in driving excellence across our organisation.

About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining corporate quality systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of quality throughout Boandik.
You'll play a key role in developing and implementing quality frameworks, conducting audits, and supporting the organisation's commitment to delivering exceptional care across our aged care, community, and home care services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement projects across aged care, community, and home care services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, including Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS, and Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme.
Coordinate audits and surveys, monitor compliance, and support staff in quality improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports and data analyses, identifying trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Manage complaints, incidents, and risk management processes to enhance service outcomes.
Facilitate staff training on quality standards, policies, and continuous improvement processes.
Promote a culture of quality improvement across all departments and services.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in Aged Care, Health, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience in quality improvement and audit processes, particularly in aged care (desired but not essential).
Proven experience in quality management systems, audits, and compliance reporting.
Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
A detail-oriented mindset with a logical, process-driven approach to quality and risk management.
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes (desired but not essential).
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
