About the role The Corporate Planning and Performance Manager is responsible for the development and management of the University's performance management framework, monitoring the realisation of strategic priorities and benefits. This role works with senior staff from across the university and will lead the development of a number of plans to support the delivery of UNE's strategy. This position reports to the Director, Office of Strategy Management and operates under their broad direction.
About you To be successful in this role, you will be an excellent communicator with an eye to detail and a deep commitment to the delivery of UNE's strategic ambitions as a regional university. Experience in institutional planning and performance management including establishing frameworks, setting targets and monitoring progress toward strategic goals is desirable.
About the Office of Strategy Management The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) leads the development of the University's institutional planning and performance activities, facilitates and coordinates the delivery of the University's strategic initiatives, and acts as liaison and point of contact for Government relations, in particular with respect to regulatory and funding issues.
