As the Corporate Partnerships Customer Value Proposition Manager, you'll lead the charge in developing and managing a compelling Customer Value Proposition (CVP) for the corporate health insurance market. In this dynamic role, you'll have end-to-end ownership of membership and gross margin for our corporate portfolio, acting as the voice of the customer within the business. As part of your leadership responsibilities, you'll manage two direct reports, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with the team's strategic goals.

This is a 12-month Parental leave contract position based in Melbourne. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements with a blended working from office and working from home arrangement).

Leading the development, management, and performance of the health insurance CVP for the corporate market, ensuring it delivers value to customers and meets business objectives.Managing and mentoring two direct reports to support their development and achieve team success.Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including CX, Strategy, Sales, Service, and Marketing—to create seamless, integrated product and service offerings.Championing corporate customer needs by acting as their advocate across all health insurance services, driving continuous improvement in Net Promoter Scores.Successfully managing product hierarchies and relationships to ensure alignment and performance within the corporate portfolio.Developing strategies for off-sale product migrations to optimise customer satisfaction and retention.Partnering with the CX Strategy Team to establish robust analytical frameworks for monitoring and improving portfolio performance.Integrating wellness, broader health cover, and financial services offerings into the corporate health insurance suite to deliver a holistic customer experience.About You This role is perfect for a driven, strategic leader with a passion for shaping customer-focused products and services. To succeed in this role, you will have:
Functional expertise in product development, including the design and delivery of strategies that drive performance.Deep understanding of the Australian healthcare legislative and regulatory environment and its implications for product policy and strategy.A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse stakeholders and teams.Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing teams to achieve strategic objectives.Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).What's in it for you?
