Watch stories about our people, patients and the communities we serve at finestcare.com.au About this Opportunity In consultation with the Fundraising Manager and the Executive General Manager Strategy, Brand & Reputation, the Corporate Partnership Specialist is responsible for increasing sponsorship revenue and/or fundraising income from new and existing corporate and community partnerships.
This integral role specifically involves: Managing and developing existing corporate partnerships and securing new partnerships. Implementing community fundraising strategies via third-party and peer-to-peer fundraising, and workplace giving opportunities. Monitoring key partnership budgets and developing and implementing their annual plans. Collaborating with RFDS SA/NT team members, venue, infrastructure, and other third-party providers to effectively deliver successful fundraising events in accordance with RFDS SA/NT quality, safety, and risk management principles. About You You are: An innovative and creative person, with the ability to develop and run with ideas from initial concept through to successful fruition. A strong communicator, with a passion for building, developing, and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people within the community. Driven, organised and self-motivated to prioritise competing tasks and meet challenging deadlines. A team player, able to work within a small dynamic team environment. A strong negotiator with excellent presentation and problem-solving skills. To be considered for the role you require: Proven work experience operating in a similar role acquiring and developing successful strategic partnerships. Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of strategy, delivered on time and to budget. A background in business development or fundraising and a genuine desire to champion the RFDS. Degree qualifications in a fundraising field of study or equivalent experience. Proficient marketing, design and computer literacy capabilities.
