Senior Associate / Special Counsel – 6-8+ years' PAE

Play a key role in managing a strong pipeline of high-calibre work.
Work directly with renowned Partners with top-tier and international experience, and advise top-tier clients, including global private equity firms, multinational corporations, global mining companies, ASX-listed companies and high net worth individuals.
Gain exposure to complex corporate/M&A transactions, cross-border deals, corporate restructuring, mining ventures, commercial arrangements, and ECM.

Associate / Senior Associate – 3 years' PAE and 6-12+ years' PAE

Commercial/Corporate Lawyer – 1-4 years' PAE

With structured training and support of senior lawyers, you will tackle a diverse range of corporate/M&A and related corporate advisory matters, including share and asset sales, joint ventures, due diligence, trusts, equity investments, capital raisings, and corporate governance.
