Corporate/M&A Lawyer

Skills & Experience You will be a Corporate/M&A lawyer at the 3-6 year level who enjoys public and private mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity funding, and capital market transactions.
You will also advise on corporate and governance issues.
Your New Role This role will see you acting for start-ups and providing holistic cyber security solutions, aimed particularly at Corporations (reporting to a former top-tier Partner and his Senior Associate).
