About The Company/roleSterling opportunity for you to join a high-achieving in-house legal team in a global FinTech, at the forefront of innovation, as they embark on further international expansion.As a pivotal part of this legal team, your role will include, but not be limited to:Corporate / Commercial BAU plus there is an exciting new project for you to sink your teeth intoPrepare, review, advise and assist with negotiations and implementation of commercial contractsAdvise in the areas including but not limited to corporate law, tech, privacy, consumer lawOffer strategic regulatory advice, ensuring compliance with evolving standardsCollaborate closely with the business and General Counsel to instruct external legal providersShape risk management systems and frameworks that contribute to the business successSkillsExperience:We are on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious Lawyer with circa 3-6 PQE, from a highly regarded Corporate/Commercial team, and potentially with in-house or secondment experience.
