Your New Role As an experienced commercial and corporate lawyer you will appreciate the diversity of work available to you. In many ways, your role will be akin to that of an in-house counsel, not only because of the variety of work you will do but also the relationships that you will come to enjoy.
From major acquisitions of public companies, through to asset sales, complex share sale agreements, advising ASX listed and US companies on a range of corporate and commercial matters, general procurement and contracting and from time to time some litigation and employment matters.
