With high-end transactions across a range of industries, including renewables, health, defence, and more, you will work on a range of deals and commercial matters for large private companies, some SMEs, and start-ups. It includes local Adelaide pre-eminent businesses and the occasional massive off-market deals. A stand-out position on offer, this role will expose the successful Senior Associate to a calibre of work ordinarily associated with the Eastern States, but only available in a couple of local firms.

To be considered, you will be
a switched-on, highly technical Senior Associate with at least 5 years PAE
