For this role, we are seeking a lawyer who brings with them a broad range of skills acquired in a general corporate and commercial practice. We are seeking strong drafting and negotiating experience in relation to general commercial and transaction agreements and documents and previous experience advising corporate clients on general commercial matters.

This role is a "hands on" corporate & commercial role. The successful candidate will work with an established, experienced, and highly regarded team with significant learning and development opportunities and the opportunity to work with interesting clients. A can-do approach to all aspects of contract-based commercial law is a must. The clients are a broad mix of listed companies, large local privately owned companies, public sector and not for profits.
