The National Corporate team work with both domestic and international, private and public companies meaning you will gain exposure to a wide variety of matters.

We are seeking a third- or fourth-year law student who has a passion for corporate law including corporate transactions, corporate governance, funds management and securities law. This role will require a hardworking, organised and fast paced law clerk to assist this practice team ideally 2-3 days per week during their studies.
Your day-to-day role would see you development skills in:
Drafting documents, letters and contracts to the specification as set by the supervisor
Preparation of documents for clients
Legal Research and Compliance
Business Development
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will ideally;
Be in your 3rd or 4th year of your law degree
Possess exceptional organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
Be self motivated and intuitive
Be able to digest instructions quickly and produce simple answers to complex questions
