WHAT COULD I WORK ON? Corporate InsolvencyLarge-scale restructuring transactionsDebtor and creditor disputesJoint Venture disputesRenewable energy litigationAdministrations and receivershipsAsset recovery work in international jurisdictions.This is acting for unsecured and secured creditors across both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work.
