CANDIDATE: You will have 4 Years' PAE across broad corporate commercial matters which could include M&A, due diligence or property law. CANDIDATE: Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years' PAE in commercial and corporate law. CANDIDATE: Ideally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PAE in corporate related matters. You will also have a sound knowledge of corporate finance, as well as the disciplines inherent in capital raising and financial management. You will have 3+ years post admission experience and exposure to most, of the aforementioned fields.
