The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to operationalise necessary changes in response to social, economic, environmental, cultural, and political challenges affecting governance deliverables. You will also possess strong skills in planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating Corporate Governance services and programs, as well as leading and driving the implementation of governance processes.Leadership will be assessed through proven experience in developing and sustaining a strong corporate culture among staff, built on accountability and performance, which delivers superior workforce culture, engagement, and organisational performance outcomes.The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively engage all key stakeholders in enhancing corporate meetings and registers, governance, risk and compliance, integrity, and information and insurance outcomes.
