Established in 2020, Estateville Group is a leading provider of comprehensive excavation services. Our team is dedicated to providing superior excavation services that meet all of your needs, whether you're looking for detailed excavation for specific projects such as trenching for footing, concrete slabs, driveway preparation, retaining wall footing, pool excavation, and trenching for all utility services, piles and piers or bulk excavation and site cut excavation.At Estateville Group, we believe in exceeding our customers' expectations with our services. Our team has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial and residential excavation, soil removal from the site, and clean fill. We work with our customers to understand their specific excavation needs and provide a custom solution to meet their requirements.At present we need Corporate General Manager to perform the following tasks:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide strategic leadership and vision to ensure the company's growth and success. Develop and implement long-term business plans and strategies aligned with the company's core values and objectives.Oversee all company operations, including excavation, digging and trenching, site clean-up, and earthmoving equipment hire. Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.Manage and lead the company's team of experts and professionals, including engineers, project managers, and field technicians. Provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders. Represent the company and negotiate contracts and agreements to drive business growth.Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Make informed decisions to optimize financial resources and ensure the company's financial stability.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and diversification to enhance the company's competitiveness.Implement and oversee effective risk management strategies to ensure the safety and integrity of the company's operations, assets, and personnel.Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that promotes teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the company's operations.Provide regular reports and updates to the company's ownership or board of directors, and work closely with them to achieve the overall business objectives.Key Requirements:Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience.Strong technical expertise and understanding of the company's core services and operations.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, employees, and stakeholders.Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed business decisions.Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:Education: Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in related fieldAustralian Experience: At least 3+ years of Australian Experience OROverseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas ExperienceSpecialist: General ManagementWork Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights HolderNOTE:Only applicants meeting the above criteria must apply.
