Corporate Finance Lead

Our client A global mining (multi-commodity) company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia.
The opportunity Due to organic growth, our client wishes to appoint a Corporate Finance Lead.
Reporting into the CFO you play a key role supporting the design, execution and management of the company's capital structure, management of debt capital market exposure, as well as internal project and analytical support in helping drive growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include: Financial modelling of DCF, debt, sensitivities, and improvement of the existing corporate model Build and present business cases to support investment decisions for internal projects Support corporate funding activities, including administration of existing financing facilities Front office trading activities when required (FX, hedging, commodity pricing etc.)
A bout you To be successful you will require: A minimum 4-7 years' relevant experience in a similar CF in-house funding and/or big 4 accounting firm debt/ treasury advisory teams Bachelor's Degree: Commerce, Economics or Business Administration Advanced financial modelling skills Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet statements) Analyse issues and provide solutions to problems, including taking the initiative to improve models/processes/data collection techniques Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a high performing environment and to work to tight deadlines How to apply To express your interest and learn more about this opportunity then click " apply ' now.
