The Role:
As the Corporate Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be the trusted right hand, managing a variety of responsibilities ranging from business operations to personal and family matters. You will ensure the Managing Director's busy schedule is seamlessly managed, while also providing support for charitable initiatives, events, and family affairs. In this role, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs are crucial.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage the Managing Director's diary, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring prioritisation of tasks and timely follow-ups.Provide seamless coordination of personal and business travel, family events, and various projects.Assist with charitable giving by managing the front end of donation processes.Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.Collaborate with the Family Office Project Coordinator to manage personal affairs, family property projects, and key events.Provide support for meetings and events, including arranging hospitality and maintaining meeting spaces.Coordinate with the PA of the COO and assist the broader Administration Team as needed.What You Bring: Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to track and manage a high volume of detail.Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the Managing Director.Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport both internally and externally.A collaborative, professional approach with the confidence to be assertive when necessary.A commitment to always maintaining discretion and confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with Mac experience preferred (training in DayLite software will be provided).Experience in managing personal and professional tasks simultaneously, with a genuine interest in the business and family priorities of the Managing Director.Why work for our client?
