Employees are ambassadors for living and breathing our Shared Values.THE OPPORTUNITYWe have an exciting part-time (3 days / week) opportunity for a Corporate Events Coordinator based in our Macquarie Park, Sydney office.Reporting to the Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising and delivering corporate events for our employees, customers, prospects and partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity to lead events that strengthen our brand, build relationships, and showcase our culture and capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the Event Manager to plan, organise and deliver high quality and engaging events, networking opportunities and other programs including Conferences, Town Hall events, Kick-offs, Exhibition stand coordination, Round tables, networking events, Reward and recognition programs and internal events like lunch and learn, ERG activities.Provide supplementary support for the Corporate Communications Manager for distribution of internal communications.Provide support for the maintenance of important company information on internal channels.Coordinating event schedules, critical paths, and run sheets to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and seamlessly.Budget management and event reporting.Administration including processing contracts and invoices.Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience in event planning and delivery either in-house or agency.Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and working efficiently within tight deadlines while staying organised.Demonstrated stakeholder coordination experience.An excellent communicator – with high level written and verbal communication skills.A proactive can-do attitude, who takes on feedback & displays a growth mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, MS Excel and technology savvy.Experience in SharePoint and Ariba is desirable.BENEFITS:12 weeks full pay parental leave.In-house training and development and Generous Educational Assistance policy.Diverse Career Development opportunities.Employee Discounts through our "Gold Pass" rewards platform.Income Protection and Life Insurance.Salary Packaging & Novated Leasing available.OUR COMMITMENTDiversity & InclusionRespecting diversity is the foundation of everything that we do at FBAU.This allows us to instil trust and collaborate through honest and fair communication and helps cultivate an environment of growth and innovation.We strongly encourage applicants from key communities including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, LGBTIQ+ people, and people living with disabilities.Vaccination PolicyThe (FBAU) COVID-19 Vaccination Policy requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
