About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Development, Compliance & Legal Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing company policies, legal matters, compliance audits, and ensuring operational and regulatory standards are met across the business. This is a remote position, and you will be required to provide your own computer and internet access.
Key Responsibilities :
Policy & SOP Development : Develop, implement, and continuously improve company policies, SOPs, and control systems. Legal Oversight : Handle all legal matters, including IP, trademarks, lease agreements, franchise documentation, supplier agreements, employee contracts, and regulatory filings. Compliance Management : Monitor compliance with internal standards and external regulations, conducting audits and maintaining HACCP plans for food safety. Corporate Communication : Manage official correspondence and maintain records and archives. Collaborate with various departments to support smooth internal communication. Risk Management : Identify and assess potential compliance risks for current and future business ventures. Franchise Legal and Compliance : Legal and compliance for franchisees. Preferred Experience & Attributes :
Growth Mentality : A proactive approach to personal and professional development, with a willingness to learn and adapt. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely. Experience in compliance, policy development, and internal audits is preferred. Knowledge of food operation, food safety regulations and franchise management is a plus. Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related fields (law degree is a plus). Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Work from Home : Flexible, remote role. You must have your own computer and reliable internet connection. Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Salary : RM 3,500 – RM 7,500 per month (depending on experience).
