Corporate Customer Service Centre Operative

Hourly Rate: $37/hour Duration: 3-6 months (with possibility for extension).
ASAP start Positions Available: 3 Location: CBD Head Office The Role: Our client is seeking professional and empathetic individuals to join their corporate contact centre team, providing crucial support to their customers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage high call volumes Address client queries, schedule appointments, and resolve concerns.
Handle interactions with empathy and professionalism, Candidate Requirements: Professional and presentable demeanor with strong communication skills.
Experience in medical reception or call centres essential Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide empathetic service.
Availability for shifts (7:45 AM - 4:45 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break).
Flexibility for full-time or part-time (3 or 4 days per week considered).
Additional Requirements: National Police check issued within the last 12 months.
Willingness to sign a privacy disclosure due to access to sensitive information.
