Expect a strong level of access to the GC, commercial managers, and the executive.The GC has encouraged a culture of 'see a problem, fix a problem', endeavouring to remove the bureaucracy and red-tape present in some similar environments.Furthermore, the legal team has made significant inroads to secure a trusted seat at the decision-making table, ensuring strong commercial integration into the business.Being a fully integrated national team, this seat can be across Sydney or Melbourne, with existing team in both locations.
