Role Overview: As the Corporate Team Leader, you'll be the go-to expert for our corporate clients. Your ability to navigate Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and your in-depth knowledge of airfares will be essential. You'll handle travel requests, make reservations, and provide top-notch customer service. This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional in-office collaboration.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Corporate Team Leader will be responsible for:
Managing a team of corporate travel consultantsDealing with a variety of clients and offering excellent customer service to ensure renewed businessDealing with any issues that may arise from the Corporate Travel Consultants.Attending client meetings where requiredBe involved in account management, analysis and reportingCollaborating with Senior Management to ensure positive and productive outcomes for business and staff goalsMotivating the team and ensuring the smooth operations of daily tasksDealing with ongoing trainingEnsuring all consultants are kept up to date with any changes, errata's, offers etcEnsuring duties are completed according to deadlinesWorking hands on assisting with overflow bookings and leading by exampleWorking Monday to Friday office hours, with some flexibility if you need to deal with urgent client or team issuesEXPERIENCED REQUIRED: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate leadership experience and skills, be confident and pro-active in your approach to work. We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with excellent Travel Industry experience and who have proven experience of leading a team. The Corporate position also requires current GDS and Corporate Travel reservation experience with strong fare knowledge and ticketing.
