As a Civium Corporate Concierge team member, you will play a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences.As the first point of contact, your role will encompass various tasks, including handling inquiries, coordinating services, and creating a welcoming environment for all.This role is permanent part-time Monday to Friday 3pm to 6pm only = 15 Hours per week.Duties include:Providing a unique welcoming experience for all staff and visitors.Building and fostering positive relationships with residents by addressing their needs promptly and professionally, resolving complaints or concerns, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.Acting as a point of contact during emergency situations, following established protocols and coordinating with relevant authorities, ensuring resident safety and well-being.Assisting residents with a wide range of services, such as coordinating maintenance requests, package handling, scheduling appointments, processing key, fob and remote orders, and managing reservations and cleaning of common areas and facilities.Monitoring and maintaining building security, ensuring only authorized individuals have access to residential areas.
