This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a corporate environment and hone your professional skills. As a Civium Corporate Concierge team member, you will play a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences.As the first point of contact, your role will encompass various tasks, including handling inquiries, coordinating services, and creating a welcoming environment for all.This role is permanent part-time Monday to Friday 3pm to 6pm only = 15 Hours per week.Duties include:Providing a unique welcoming experience for all staff and visitors.Building and fostering positive relationships with residents by addressing their needs promptly and professionally, resolving complaints or concerns, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.Acting as a point of contact during emergency situations, following established protocols and coordinating with relevant authorities, ensuring resident safety and well-being.Assisting residents with a wide range of services, such as coordinating maintenance requests, package handling, scheduling appointments, processing key, fob and remote orders, and managing reservations and cleaning of common areas and facilities.Monitoring and maintaining building security, ensuring only authorized individuals have access to residential areas. Enforcing community rules and regulations to ensure a safe and harmonious living environment.Monitoring online discussion groups and creating notices.About you:Preferably worked within a corporate environment including reception or concierge services, hotels or front desk.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.A genuine passion for customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to exceed resident expectations.Advanced computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Office.Join us on this exciting journey, where your skills and expertise will make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.On offer:Uniform supplied.Corporate volunteer leave.Rewards and discounted shopping program.Working with passionate professionals.We attract, retain, and promote people who share a sense of purpose, values, and belonging.
