About this role We are looking for a Concierge to join our friendly and supportive Support Services team in Brisbane.
As one of the first faces our clients and guests will see when entering the office, you'll provide a warm welcome to our premises that exemplifies our inclusive and vibrant culture. With an attentive and customer-centric approach, you will look after our visitors to ensure an enjoyable and memorable client experience.
Key responsibilities Greet clients and visitors to our Brisbane office from our client service desk and reception areaEnsure conference rooms are clean, tidy and prepared for meetings, including support with video conferencingFood and beverage service, including espresso coffee service, ordering and managing stockAssistance with special events including event coordination, setting up and packing away of equipmentProcess invoices for various expensesOther ad hoc duties including switchboard, handling courier deliveries, and dry cleaning as requiredPlease note this role may require you to be flexible outside of usual business hours, such as to assist with special events; in these instances, we will provide as much notice as possible.
Skills and experience Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, ideally in a corporate environmentExcellent communication skills, with a positive outlook and the motivation to provide an exceptional experience for clientsHighly organised and able to prioritise competing tasksAdaptable, flexible and able to meet the changing day-to-day needs of stakeholdersEnthusiastic approach to learning and supporting all roles within the teamResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and CPR certification are desirable, but full training can also be provided.
