Corporate Communications Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Group Communications Administrator to join a dynamic Corporate Communications team.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support during a busy period of multiple product launches.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing product run sheets, coordinating internal communications, and handling administrative tasks like invoice processing and vehicle VIN numbers.

Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers and Coordinators during busy periods with new product launches and deadlines.Product Management: Create, organise, and manage product run sheets to ensure seamless product releases.Internal Admin: Process invoices, purchase orders (POs), and vehicle VIN numbers; provide general administrative support for internal communications.System Management: Utilise Excel and PO processing systems (experience with PO systems is beneficial but not essential).Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate calendars for the team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
