Long established CBD law firm of approx 30 staff. 5+ years corporate/commercial experience ideal Attractive salary on offer for the right candidate Ongoing job security - the firm continued to grow and has a healthy pipeline of work The Role The firm acts for a broad range of clients including small to medium enterprises, international businesses and high net worth individuals. In this role, you will lead the team and be the firm's main contact for corporate/commercial work, giving you great access to clients of the firm. The work will include working on deals involving: Business sales and acquisitions Share Sales and Shareholder agreements Corporate structuring and advice Cutting edge project finance Intellectual property and transactional work. Competition and Consumer Law advice Leasing About You You will ideally be a 5yr+ corporate/commercial lawyer with the following: Experience working in a corporate or commercial team. Strong attention to detail and legal drafting skills. Be a confident and strong communicator. Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate/commercial documents.
