Skills & Experience You will have corporate/commercial experience and a desire to undertake Corporate/M&A work at the Senior Associate level.
Your New Role You will work directly with a Partner who has a particular focus on the automotive sector and motor dealerships. Your responsibilities will include advising on diverse corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate structuring, acquisitions, sales of businesses, corporate entities, and commercial leasing.
Your experience will also encompass various banking and finance matters.
This firm has a WFH policy in place and serves clients across a broad range of sectors, including property, banking, transport, services, information technology, and telecommunications.
