About the role With strong continued growth in our Melbourne office, we are looking for a professional and highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our Corporate & Commercial team based in our Melbourne CBD office.
With your demonstrated professional experience in Corporate & Commercial and the ability to operate smoothly in an ever-changing environment, you will bring your organisational skills and exceptional client focus to our team.
In this role, you will also provide support to the Melbourne office by coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office including, office and desk allocations on the guidance of the relevant teams, ensuring the kitchen remains fully stocked and clean, taking deliveries as required, liaising with building management, external contracts/vendors and other tenants in the building from time to time, maintaining security registers and back up reception support as needed.
The successful applicant will have experience in a legal administration or personal assistant role, supporting our lawyers to ensure they are able to deliver high quality services to our clients.
