Autonomous SA/SC role within dynamic teamWork broadly across Corporate / Commercial Law AreasJoin a thriving firm, treading a successful pathAbout the roleAs our client continues to expand their offering to clients, they seek a professional, highly motivated and knowledgeable Senior Associate or Special Counsel with demonstrated experience across the areas of:Experiencecorporate and commercial lawcontractsshareholder agreementsJV's, business structuring/business start upcorporate governance, including regulatory advice and ACL complianceprivacy and data protectionmergers and acquisitionsThe role comes with its own strong existing client base - so a solid relationship builder is required for this role but you need not bring a practise.YouYou will work closely with experienced Principal Lawyers, and the broader team.You will be someone who enjoys providing support and guidance to junior lawyers to continue to grow and develop their careers and the overall practice.You will have demonstrated experience in providing tailored advice to a variety of clients. These range from SMEs to large national organisations with a broad range of interesting work.You will be someone who is highly commercial and technically skilled.
