A new and rare opportunity has arisen for a 4-6 year PAE Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join a professional & collaborative Corporate & Commercial practice group.
Working closely with very approachable Partners and more broadly across the corporate practice, our client is seeking a motivated and committed individual to provide strong 'client delighting' experience whilst working with key internal and external stakeholders.
About this role...
Joining a stable team of high performance Lawyers with extensive expertise in corporate commercial matters, this role will offer 'hands on' involvement with key clients with a focus on:
Mergers and acquisitions;Corporate governance, Corporate advisory and Corporations Act;Capital raising & equity;Drafting relating to a variety of transactional matters (including sale and purchase agreements, contracts, asset sale agreements, shareholder agreements, supply and distribution agreements and joint venture agreements) minutes, resolutions etc.
;Competition & regulatory advice (ACCC, FIRB, ACL etc.
);Working on commercial contracts.About you...
To be successful in this role it is envisaged that you will have a min.
of 4-6 years experience in a similar role, within a recognised Corporate/Commercial law practice.
Along with this, our client seeks someone with outstanding communication skills, a strong team approach, excellent negotiation skills and strong research and drafting skills.
