Join our team as a Corporate Applications Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in the delivery of services, support, and architecture for the Corporate Landscape systems used across Santos, including Commercial, Environment & Governance, Legal, and Strategy functions.
Key Responsibilities: Establish effective governance and management of the services within the portfolio.Create a clear partnership with service providers for the benefit of Santos and act as the Contract Owner for all Santos Corporate Landscape application vendors.Implement and deliver on cost reduction efficiencies and value creation strategies relevant to the Santos Corporate Landscape.Own and deliver life-cycle roadmaps for services.Establish a continuous improvement plan for all Services.Ensure that the Application Service Delivery Leads (SDL's) adhere to the SDL Framework, covering: Service Management, Stakeholder Management, Status Reporting, Contract Management, Financial Management, Project Management, Risk Management, and Team Management.Manage the Santos Corporate Landscape Opex and capex within agreed parameters and provide leadership in financial management to the team.Develop and deliver standards, objectives, and plans in the area of expertise.Act as an escalation point for issues directly or indirectly within the IS Service.About You To be successful in this role, you will have the following key skills and experience:
Understanding and managing down service costs and providing transparency to business stakeholders.Ability to direct and ensure smooth delivery of the service via 3rd party vendors.Experience supporting and managing a company's multiple corporate application systems and related services to the business community.Prior experience in managing a high-performing team of professionals and individual contributors.Extensive experience in managing senior stakeholders and applying governance effectively.Ideally, you are Degree Qualified or have Equivalent Tertiary and/or relevant work/industry experience in a related IS/IT technical area.
