We currently have an opportunity for a customer-focused and experienced consultant to join our team as a Fleet and Corporate Sales Executive.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will establish and maintain relationships to fleet and business customers while maximising customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Establish and maintain the Dealership's Corporate Account database/relationships
Raise awareness of the Dealership's Corporate programme in the marketplace.
To secure buyers for vehicles, finance and other products marketed by Parramatta BMW.
Check and ensure prompt delivery of vehicles to customers
Proactively contact potential fleet customers and prospect new customers with fleet requirements
Organise, coordinate and manage the Dealership's corporate events
To be successful for this role you will have:
Minimum of 4 years sales or fleet experience
Strong CRM experience
Excellent customer service ability
Strong focus on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
Have a great ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
