We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join a prominent and established firm in Tamworth. We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated individual to join a highly regarded, legal 500 ranked department who will provide a quality legal service, assisting a varied client base in the West Midlands

Areas of expertise include:Company formationSale and purchase of companies and businessesManagement buy-outs & buy-insMemorandum & articles of associationCorporate restructuringShareholder and partnership agreements & dissolutionsTerms of business and share optionsThe successful candidate will have 1-3 years' PQE with broad experience of commercial and corporate matters. Excellent communication skills with good commercial acumen will be essential. NQ's with relevant experience will also be considered.
