About the Role Join our vibrant team as a Corporate Administration Officer, where your adaptability and customer focus will shine! This part-time, permanent role is designed for flexibility, offering a job share arrangement with hours from Wednesday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Serving as the main liaison for internal and external clients, you will play a crucial role in assisting leaders within the ACT's community services sector. This role demands strong customer orientation, serving as the initial point of contact. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable 'office all-rounder', agile and ready to employ a diverse skill set to drive initiatives forward.

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.Attention to detail and a dedication to confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain accurate records.Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.The successful applicant will hold, or be able to obtain, Working with Vulnerable People registration, current National Police Check, and a current driver's license.
The right person will have: Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role.Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service.Demonstrated ability to communicate (both verbal and written) and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality.Computer literacy, particularly the Microsoft suite of products.Ability to maintain accurate relevant records.Ability to work independently as well as in a team (self-motivated).What's in it for you?
