The opportunity:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Electricians to join our team starting January 2025, for the construction of the Gladstone Hydrogen Facility.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both high-voltage and low-voltage installations within industrial or construction settings. They should have a background working on hazardous area installations or with hydrogen manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure projects, especially in the energy or manufacturing sectors, is highly desirable.
The successful applicants will have: Electrical Trade Certification. Experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems. High Risk Work Licence (of working in hazardous environments or operating machinery). White Card, Drivers Licence, Police Clearance, and Working at Heights Certification. Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations. Expertise with High and Low Voltage Cable Installation, Cable Management Systems, Equipment Installation. Hazardous Area Experience. Safety first mindset, and ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing project demands and technical challenges. Desirable: Experience with high-voltage (HV) installations and maintenance, particularly in industrial environments. Experience in project management or leading teams on urban residential or industrial electrical projects. Specialized Training in switchboard installation, HV switching, or distribution network upgrades.
