Executive Assistant Opportunity - Support the Sales Director, APAC Region

About the Role
As the EA, you'll play a key role in supporting the Sales Director of the APAC region and act as the vital link between their global head office in the US and regional teams.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, emotional maturity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Global Diary Management : Coordinate schedules across multiple time zones and senior stakeholders, including US headquarters.
Preparation : Create presentations, draft documentation, and manage scheduling to ensure the Managing Director is always ahead of the curve.
Event Coordination : Support the planning and execution of international and onsite events.
Leadership Meetings : Take minutes, document action points, and ensure follow-through on key deliverables.
Communication : Gradually take on email correspondence responsibilities as you grow into the role.
Interstate Travel : Rare but required on occasion.
