We are currently seeking a range of experienced Senior Contracts Administrators & Contracts Administrators to join our client's team in a permanent capacity and support them in the delivery of projects across WA.

This position involves supporting current projects and upcoming projects across WA. This role offers the successful person the opportunity to work in the office and be on site!
Duties Ensure the project is managed in compliance with terms and conditions of the contract and aligns with the company's objectives. Ensure all parties adhere to the contract terms, including milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Identify, assess, and manage variations, ensuring proper documentation and justification. Ensure compliance with development goals and objectives. Procurement and subcontractor oversight. Manage the tendering process, evaluate, and recommend subcontractors and suppliers. Financial oversight: Implement cost control measures, evaluate and process progress claims, and project future costs. Claims management. Project documentation and record management: Maintain thorough records, reports, and meeting minutes to accurately document project activities. Review financial forecasting and budgeting, including tracking actual project costs against budgeted costs. Design coordination: Facilitate collaboration among the design team to address and resolve design challenges. Stakeholder engagement: Interact with approving authorities, government bodies, and other relevant stakeholders. Contract completion: Ensure the proper closeout of all contracts, including resolution of any outstanding claims, final payments, and release of retention sums. Skills and Experience Previous extensive experience in a similar position - Fit-out experience is essential Experience in a commercial role supporting construction projects Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field Extensive knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, insurance, negotiation tactics, and cost control. Proven track record in order processing, financial management, contract administration, and overseeing works contracts. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with Procore and Microsoft Projects is desirable. Required Full Australian working rights. Culture Known for having a very good team culture throughout the business.
