Core Project Advisory is currently in discussions with various clients to provide support to projects located in Melbourne and the greater Victorian area.
We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from candidates with experience working client-side on complex infrastructure, health, and building works projects to support the growth of our business.
Company Overview Core Project Advisory is a consultancy that specializes in the planning and delivery of complex and large infrastructure and utility projects. We provide a range of project management and advisory services to companies and government entities across several key sectors, with expertise in client-side project management, planning and scheduling, cost control, and document control for water, energy, and social infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities Manage small, medium, and large projects utilizing recognized PM methodologies Provide technical input or direction to team members or delegates as appropriate Ensure quality products and services are provided to customers Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information Undertake other tasks as agreed with Core Project Advisory Directors Display leadership and independence in completing work tasks Make complex decisions with input and review from team members Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Excellent communication and well-developed reporting skills Knowledge of project management practices and theory Have, or the ability to obtain, a construction industry induction training card (white card) Requirements / Qualifications Qualifications in construction management, project management, engineering, or architecture (Cert IV to Bachelor) Certification in project management (or the ability to obtain such) Willing to travel to sites when required across Australia Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) i.e., completed professional certification or relevant external development activities Current 'C' class driver's license, or above Ability to work remotely including the availability of a 'home office' How to submit your EOI Click on the 'Apply for this job button' Attach current resume (PDF) Attach cover letter (PDF) #J-18808-Ljbffr
