About the Role:
As a Trainee Control Room Operator, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training to develop the skills necessary to safely operate and monitor the systems that control key operations within the mine.
You'll be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth running of processes in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate control systems to ensure the safety and efficiency of mining operations Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments Respond to emergency situations, alarms, and equipment faults Record operational data and produce reports Learn to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Ideal Candidate:
Strong interest in the mining industry and operations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively Willingness to learn new skills and grow in the role Ability to work shift rotations, including nights and weekends Previous experience in control room operations or mining is a plus but not required What We Offer:
