Duties and Responsibilities Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour Programming of works to meet minimum timeframes Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions Knowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirements Close liaison between internal and external staff members Close liaison with clients and relationship building Skills & Experience Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background) Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervised Good forward planning / programming / organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent professional and personal presentation Full unencumbered driver's licence (essential) With an attractive remuneration package on offer including a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone, this is an exciting opportunity to join Coral Homes.
