About Us :
Pikcha is an Australian start-up that is revolutionising the Fine Art space.
Our online, global marketplace helps artists monetize their images by turning them into signed limited-edition prints. Collectors from all around the world can then purchase these prints on paper or canvas, with or without framing, ready-to-hang.
Since launching in March 2021, Pikcha has already seen artists from over 60 countries sign up to promote their art. This number is growing daily.
We've got the tech part down, but now we need a talented writer to help us with ALL the words.
Who we're looking for :
A digital writer who has "a way with words" and can use language to tell a compelling story, excite the reader and where necessary educate and inform. This isn't your first tech start up and Content Design is your craft. (In fact, you're itching to copy edit / rewrite this position description). Bonus points: you are passionate about Art, Photography and Crypto/Web3/Tech.
Your skill set :
You're a creative, technical writer with experience writing across multiple touchpoints - blogs, website copy, EDMS, digital advertising, press releases, social copy, sales decks. SEO and IA are ingrained in all that you do.
Key requirements :
3+ years working in an agency, start-up, in-house brand or as a journalist. A standout portfolio showcasing your experience. Bonus points: You're passionate about Art, Crypto, NFTs, Tech and design trends. Your colleagues would describe you as :
A great communicator. "Eagle Eyes" (You can spot a spelling mistake a mile away and can't help but edit the menu). Organised and great with managing your time and multiple projects.
