Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time RSPCA Qld is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Op Shop Area Manager to oversee the operations of our Op Shops across the Gold Coast and regional locations. In this dynamic role, you'll lead teams of staff and volunteers, ensuring the smooth running of each store while driving success to support the vital work of the RSPCA Qld. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support Op Shops to improve operations, presentation, and drive sales.Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.Foster a one-team approach across all functions and promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.Support and train new and existing Op Shop Managers and Supervisors to meet KPIs and grow their stores.Contribute to the development of business strategies that align with RSPCA Qld's goals.Promote a lean process to enhance internal shop operations and sustain improvements.Positively represent and promote RSPCA Qld's wider work and mission.About YouYou'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. Your skills and qualifications may also include:
