To do this we employ the greatest and brightest minds that share our purpose and want to make a difference.Our exciting Digital Sales Account Manager opportunity is a hybrid role responsible for retaining and selling Experian's leading Digital Advertising Marketing solutions, that is uniquely placed to solve client needs.
This is a growth area in our business with substantial upside and will suit an experienced operator that's comfortable selling larger complex deals that offer tailored data solutions involving our proprietary tech and expert consulting.
This team operates to service sophisticated use cases of our data solution, from new product development, expanding partner services to ad monetisation growth.
Global exposure with coordinating and learning from global networks and markets to learn and implement best practices for the ANZ market.QualificationsWhat you'll need to bring to the role & ExperianYou ideally will have 3+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, publisher monetization and yield management, and digital advertising technology sales or services.You ideally will have 3+ years of experience in driving digital revenue and growth to deliver revenue targets.You will be regularly out in market presenting to, and meeting with, clients to provide digital advertising solutions and responding to their business needs.You will need to be agile in every conversation and curious in your questioning to understand client challenges, requirements and opportunities with a focus on tangible Return on investment for your client base.Long story short - We're looking for someone with strong sales methodology and a desire to grow.Work that matters - What you'll be doing - Reporting to the Sales ManagerBecome a Trusted Advisor and go-to Subject Matter Expert for your Clients, for that cover Australia and New Zealand.Coordinate and structure weekly schedule with Regional Manager.Manage own performance and take responsibility for self-development in line with personal and Company objectives.Champion Experian values.More about youStrong client management skills and operational experience in leading multiple cross-functional teams to achieve a business objective.You have the ability to discuss complex technology in a simple way.Understanding of the digital media landscape.Strong agency/publisher relationships.Additional InformationNovated Leasing & Salary Packaging.Great compensation package and bonus / commission plan.Core benefits including Experian shares discount and wellness program.Flexible working environment, hybrid model.Flexible time off including volunteer time off, personal leaves and paid holidays.17 weeks of Paid Parental Leave, family care leave and up to 5 days study leave.The Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Experian's Data and the Data our clients have entrusted to Experian is of critical importance.
