Summary: We are seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team in Gepps Cross and Edwardstown. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor/Dispatch Manager you will assist with deliveries and day to day operations of the warehouse with a flexible responsive working style, focused on playing fair. You will ensure a committed approach to Health & Safety.?
Responsibilities: Operate a delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time Ensure that all deliveries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required Perform routine vehicle maintenance and ensure that the vehicle is kept clean and tidy Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations Qualifications: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to operate a delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and carry heavy items Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance The motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment Current MR / HR license would be advantageous but not essential Strong initiative, customer focus and the ability to work well with a team We empower our people to take ownership and get things done, so if this sounds like you then please submit your resume, and a cover letter addressing the above criteria to?[email protected]
