We are currently hiring for multiple positions in our Reaction team and across our production floor.
Position Overview We are seeking highly skilled Reaction Team Members with a strong mechanical background to join our dynamic caravan assembly team.
In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to work across various areas of production, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Roles and Responsibilities Mechanical Assembly: Apply your mechanical expertise in assembling key components of our premium caravans, including structural, electrical, and mechanical elements.
Cross-functional Work: Utilize your diverse skills across various areas of the production floor, adapting to different roles as needed.
Quality Assurance: Ensure precision in all work processes, conducting thorough quality checks to maintain the highest production standards.
Problem-solving: Address and resolve technical challenges, collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals.
Skills and Experience • Experience: Ideally, you'll have a trade qualification (such as mechanics, auto electrical, or general automotive) or significant mechanical experience.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality, precise work • Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to grow and adapt in a dynamic production environment.
• Problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to manage a team, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced production environment.
• Certifications: Relevant licenses (Forklift, First Aid, etc.)
are a plus but not mandatory.
