The opportunity:
In this role, you will strengthen the primary healthcare workforce across the Murray PHN region by coordinating professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, webinars, and forums, aligned with healthcare priorities and workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing CPD needs to identify gaps and shape the development calendar.
Coordinating all stages of activities, from planning to reporting.
Building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical colleges, PHNs, and health services.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in events, projects, business management or health-related field and/or approximately 5 years of experience.
Proven experience coordinating in-person and online professional development events.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders positively.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects.
